Founded in 1981,  our private law practice has an emphasis on housing and real property, residential development, State and Federal Tax Credit Law, partnership law, title and escrow matters, and general civil litigation. Currently, this firm represents both non-profit and for profit developer clients with Tax Credit projects throughout California, with financing of approximately $200 million. Since 1987, the first year of the Tax Credit Program, we have served as the attorneys of record for some 300 Tax Credit projects consisting of over 15,000 units. In this capacity, we have assisted in securing and/or closing construction, permanent, equity and bridge financing with Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America Community Development Bank, CalHFA, HCD, SAMCO, CCRC, Boston Financial, Boston Capital, Midland Affordable Housing Group Trust, WNC & Associates, First Financial, The Richman Group, NAPICO, Clorox, Chevron, Mission First and other financial and investment groups.
